WHO WE ARE?
SRI is a company formed in 2017 with a solid technical background in the regulatory area of crop protection products and extensive experience in regulation, with knowledge on the main trends of the leading registration countries and regulatory bodies, such as FAO, WHO, JMPR, CODEX, EPA, OECD e EU. The SRI team is multidisciplinary, highly trained, and updated in current legislation, being able to discuss the most diverse topics, from simple to highly complex issues, related to chemical, toxicological, environmental, and agronomic areas. It works in partnership with scientists and academia, aiming to solve problems related to scientific studies, as well as the registration of products in the agricultural sector in Latin America.
SRI has also a team of managers specialized in financial, administrative, accounting, tax, corporate, and human resources areas. It offers services for opening, changing, and closing companies (at federal, state, and municipal levels, and regional councils), trademarks and patents, domain registration, payroll and general accounting, which can also be performed in accordance with the rules of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
SRI also conducts audits for acquisitions, sales and mergers of companies, transference and products registration ‘hostel’.
In 2019, the company expanded its technical alliances by also offering services in the area of fertilizers, food, cosmetics, chemicals, household cleaning, and veterinary products.
